AVAILABLE POSITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. GENERAL CHEFS

Responsible for general kitchen and food preparation duties.

2. PASTRY CHEF/BAKER

Responsible for preparing baked goods, pastries and other bakery products.

3. ROOM STEWARDS

Responsible for maintaining guest rooms and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.

4. WAITERS

Responsible for attending to guests, taking orders and providing food and beverage service.

5. GARDEN BOY

Responsible for general garden maintenance and related duties.

6. SECURITY GUARDS

Responsible for maintaining security and protecting the establishment's premises, guests and property.

7. BUILDERS/BRICKLAYERS

Responsible for carrying out general construction works.

8. ELECTRICAL AND REFRIGERATION ARTISAN

Responsible for general electrical, air-conditioning and refrigeration installation and maintenance works.

9. CARPENTRY ARTISAN

Responsible for general site carpentry, joinery and maintenance works.

10. GENERAL PLUMBER

Responsible for building and maintenance plumbing works.
