Key Responsibilities
- Receive and direct visitors and telephone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain reception records and provide administrative support
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Professional, organized, and customer-oriented
