Job Summary

Liwiro Finance Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Officer responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing eligible civil servants for loan products. The role involves customer acquisition, loan application support, market campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market campaigns and recruit new customers within Mulanje or Thyolo.
• Identify potential customers and assist them in completing online loan application forms and related documents.
• Market and sell Government Payroll Loans to civil servants.
• Create awareness about company products and services.
• Act as a link between Liwiro Finance Limited and civil servants.
• Compile loan application documents from customers and submit them for processing.
• Research market trends, competitors’ activities, and other financial service providers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• MSCE holder, Diploma holders, and newly graduated candidates in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a financial institution is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of PSM and affordability checking is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• High self-esteem and confidence.
• Must be a Malawian citizen residing within Mulanje or Thyolo.
• Must have a smartphone and National ID.
