OVERVIEW

Polymed SACCO is expanding membership across Blantyre, Lilongwe, Mangochi, Machinga, Zomba, Nsanje, Chikhwawa, Neno, Dedza, Ntchisi, Kasungu and Nkhotakota and is looking for energetic, locally-connected individuals to join the field recruitment team.

POSITION: LOCAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE — DISTRICT

JOB TYPE: Full Time

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Resident of or well-known within District who are familiar with local schools, health facilities, and community leaders.
• Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with teachers, health workers, and civil servants.
• Trustworthy and well-regarded in the community (references may be required).
• Basic literacy — able to complete membership forms accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Introduce Polymed SACCO products to public servants (teachers, health workers) in your area.
• Identify new potential private companies/Institutions.
• Support cluster meetings at schools and health offices.
• Recruit new members and assist with form completion.
• Follow up with prospective members and report weekly progress.
