OVERVIEW

Madison Recruitment Services is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Officer to join its team.

The successful candidate will support the growth of the company’s e-commerce platform by engaging and onboarding vendors, building business relationships, increasing brand awareness, and contributing to overall business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote the e-commerce platform to businesses and potential vendors.

Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors onto the platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase platform visibility.

Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and promotional activities.

Generate leads and support achievement of business growth targets.

Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants should possess:

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer relations.

Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in approaching and engaging potential clients and vendors.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good presentation and networking skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
