Job Summary
Swift Capital Insurance Brokers is looking for Sales Agents responsible for selling insurance products, developing new markets, managing customer relationships, and achieving individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice in line with customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Sell the company’s range of insurance products.
- Develop, track, and achieve individual performance targets.
- Operate within assigned markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing Management, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good command of English.
